For commercial diligence, lending and environmental teams

Risk Data

Environmental and proximity

Eight federal and state environmental databases, each queried at its own standard search radius, plus the proximity layers a commercial buyer asks about.

Eight databases, named programs

Superfund NPL, CERCLIS and NFRAP; RCRA CORRACTS, TSD and generators; EnviroStor; leaking and registered tanks; Cleanup Program sites; solid waste facilities. Each program is reported by name so you can see what was screened and what came back clean.

Every site is a record

Facility name as the agency publishes it, street address, regulatory ID, current status, distance and bearing from the parcel. Not a count.

Your threshold, not ours

Nothing is filtered before you see it, so what reaches your report is a line you draw rather than one we drew for you.

Eight databases, screened at their standard radii

Each database is queried at the distance the industry screens it at, and every regulatory program inside it is reported by name. A program that came back clean is stated as clean, because a reader comparing two reports needs to know it was searched.

Every site is a record, not a tally

Facility name as the agency publishes it, street address, regulatory ID, current status with the agency status codes decoded, distance, and compass bearing from the parcel. Sites are plotted on a map, because distance and direction one site at a time do not answer whether a property is surrounded.

Nothing filtered before you see it

A dense urban parcel commonly resolves to more than two hundred sites. What reaches your report is a threshold you set rather than one we set for you.

Commercial proximity layers

For commercial diligence: oil and gas wells, industrial and commercial zoning within a mile, military ordnance (FUDS), brownfields, airports and rail.

One engine, one parcel resolution, one set of sources. The other data products run on exactly the same sources:
